Hello, i paid 19$ for the series plans Hobby, but my account show 0 credits, I don't need the service and would like to cancel it. This month, the payment was charged to my card again, and my account shows 0 credits again. There's no option to cancel the subscription on the portal.

After I Save All Settings, all of the thins I edited is not shown in the Render Tab area also the Watermarks is still there

Render is not working again

I am experiencing again the past problems of this account. Why the Render is not working always I edited some features in Preview then after I Save All Settings, the settings I edited is not shown in Render. This is 3 times happened right now.

I create a series, edit the settings and It was viewed on the preview but when I go to render the settings I make is not yet change. I tried to re-render it hoping that there just an error but the result is, the video shown is the video that is not edited. Please fix the problem.

I already make a subscription but the video still have watermarks. how to remove that?

Re video 72011, It has not posted and I see no series posting, I do not know how to get to the platform link to make sure it is posting on the correct account.

hi would like to seek assistant to check on my credits and i had never done any regenerating except for the unexpected errors and it seem that my credit just suddenly go lower everyday

I purchased credits to try this out, but the video has the watermark. What was the purpose of purchasing credits? Can I get a refund for this? It's not going to work out for me like this.
