Render is not working again

I am experiencing again the past problems of this account. Why the Render is not working always I edited some features in Preview then after I Save All Settings, the settings I edited is not shown in Render. This is 3 times happened right now.

    Hi Anthony, here's the process for making changes:

    1. Create a Series: Start by creating a new series (a video will be generated).

    2. Edit Your Video: Open your video and make adjustments using the right-side panel. Here you can modify the script, voice, images, effects, watermark, and more.

    3. Save Your Settings: Click the “Save All Settings” button to ensure all your changes are stored.

    4. Access the Render Tab: Navigate to the render tab.

    5. Re-render Your Video: Press the “Re-render” button to generate a new video using your saved settings.

    6. Wait for Completion: Allow some time for the new render to finish processing.

      its not working there’s still a watermark actually this is the same problems I encountered even in my first time to reach you out 3rd times now

    Also I cant’ edit the script. The script & voice update is not working.
