Hello, i paid 19$ for the series plans Hobby, but my account show 0 credits, I don't need the service and would like to cancel it. This month, the payment was charged to my card again, and my account shows 0 credits again. There's no option to cancel the subscription on the portal.

    Hi Cesar, we've just added the corresponding credits to your account. Your subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period on 15th July, and you will not be charged again. You'll continue to have full access to Renderfire until that date.
