unexpected error again

hi since the last post the issue had happened. since i started to use this in sept 24 is which was working fine for about 2 months with no issues but since i encountered the first unexpected error it keeps coming back after just a short period of time.

please kindly assist to check and resolve Video ID:58379

    Hi Michael, thanks for reaching out again.

    We understand how frustrating this can be. This is happening because one of the APIs we rely on, specifically OpenAI’s API, has experienced more frequent incidents in the past few months. While things were stable from September to early November, OpenAI has had multiple outages and service disruptions from November until now, which can impact our ability to generate videos. You can see their incident history here.

    When these disruptions happen, our app pauses the process rather than generating an incomplete video, and that’s why we offer free regeneration. We recommend keeping an eye on the video generation process to check if it fails. If it does, you can try regenerating it later, as the issue is usually temporary.
