unexpected error

i had encountered this error a few times recently and i alway have to regenerate

please kindly advise what should i do. video id 30831.

i had not regenerate this time round as i am thinking if your team requires this for troubleshooting

    Hi Michael, thanks for reaching out! We’ve looked into this, and it turns out the issue happens when one of the APIs we rely on doesn’t deliver the data we need to generate the video. Rather than creating a video with missing parts, we pause the entire process.

    For instance, if the OpenAI API is down, we can’t proceed with generating the video. That’s why we offer free regeneration whenever this happens. If the issue persists, you can wait a bit and try regenerating later, it’s usually due to a temporary issue with a third-party service.
