Please cancel the $39 subscription, and keep the $78 one. We’ve just updated your series and you should be on the Pro subscription with 2 series available, plus 300 credits.

is working now but i should have 3 series but i only have two
one is my previous series which ends on the 15th
and from the second subscription i have 1 series instead of 2 series please help me fix this

Your current subscription plan of $78 allows you to create 2 series on the Pro plan and its renewal date is on the 24th Jan 2025. If you want to create 3 series you have to upgrade your Pro plan to 3 series. Please use your Billing page to upgrade, instead of the Stripe billing portal.

this is wrong so am losing 39 euros on your platform
78 + 39 is 117 euro which can never be the value for 2 series
i hope this is looked into cause is disappointing

That’s true, there was an issue on our side. Let’s do the following, we will refund your $39, and you can upgrade your $78 subscription for 3 series from your Billing page. Is that ok?

There was an error and your subscription is duplicated. You should only keep the one for $78 so you’re not charged twice. The $78 subscription should be the only one active on the Pro plan, allowing you 2 series.

The next invoice for the $78 subscription is on 24 Jan 2025. You will not loose any series/videos when cancelling the $39 subscription.
